Mike’s Mellow Moment – 23 April 2017

When my alarm went off at 0150 this morning a friend was arriving in New York where it was just coming up to 9 at night. Meanwhile a relation was soaking up the sun at breakfast time in Thailand. Each one of us was having a unique experience at our own times in our own worlds. Yet many where having their own spectacular dreamworld journey while asleep in a place where time doesn’t exist.

The hours and minutes of our clocks and watches can keep us prisoners or set us free. Time is a man made creation. This coming week try not to worry too much about an illusion. Our journey through life can sometimes be at a ridiculous pace, measured by our efficiency to be here and do that at a certain time or place. But what’s really important is that every so often we stop. We breathe in the spring air. We feel the spring sunshine on our skin…and we simply ‘be’. We stop clock watching, transcend time and space and become who we’re really meant to be – for all eternity.
